Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) IT projects that enable and support core business operations at the Company. The role involves managing projects through the full project lifecycle using industry-standard project management methodologies, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and within-scope delivery.

This position demands strong project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams. Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BI project implementation – from initiation to closure
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
• Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, deliverables, and milestones
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Design and maintain a scalable project structure aligned with delivery methodologies
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets using formal change management processes
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and monitor performance against project plans
• Forecast resources and effort requirements accurately
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and standardization within IT
• Provide guidance and enforce adherence to IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in BI and project management
