Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will manage day-to-day operations of the coworking spaces, coordinate events, foster community engagement, and ensure member satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing facility management, expanding the client base, facilitating meetups, and maintaining a vibrant community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills, including communication and relationship management
• Experience in event planning and community engagement
• Proven ability in marketing and business development
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Facility management and operational oversight experience
• Proficiency in using MS Office ( word , excel, power point ), social medic and business tools
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the coworking or hospitality industry is a plus
