Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Deep understanding of core functionalities, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, mobile capabilities, and offline functionality.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 modules and related technologies.
Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Overall 8+ years & relevant 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement sub modules (Field Service etc).
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex customer engagement solutions.
In-depth knowledge of core functionalities, workflows, and configuration options.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting with other business systems.
Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
