Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle CX (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle B2C Service Cloud.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX solutions, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Solution Delivery : Take complete ownership of the solution delivery lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis to design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Solution Design : Design and architect robust, scalable, and effective solutions in Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud to meet specific business needs.
- Configuration & Development : Create and configure screens, components, and workflows within the Oracle CX platform according to customer requirements.
- Client Collaboration : Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients, and effectively translate their business needs into technical specifications and functional designs.
- Documentation & Presentation : Create and maintain excellent documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user guides. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving : Act as a subject matter expert, providing expert-level problem-solving and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor junior team members, and ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions.Oracle CX Expertise : Strong hands-on experience and specialization in Oracle B2C Service Cloud.Broad Oracle Cloud Knowledge : Solid experience with other Oracle CX modules, including Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud.Technical & Functional Skills : A proven ability to act as a techno-functional consultant, balancing deep technical configuration skills with a strong understanding of business processes.Project Delivery : Demonstrated experience in taking full responsibility for project delivery, from design to go-live.Soft Skills : Excellent presentation, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.Documentation : Exceptional requirement gathering and documentation skills.Added Advantage :
