Job descriptionAssist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with lenders, investors, legal advisors, and technical consultants during due diligence. Track financing requirements, timelines, and compliance with financial covenants. Analyse market trends, regulatory frameworks, and sector-specific dynamics impacting project finance deals. Provide insights on risks, opportunities, and emerging financing structures (e.g., green financing, blended finance). Monitor the performance of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with financial terms and reporting obligations. Prepare regular performance reports and highlight variances to management and stakeholders. 2- 4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory. Strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis. Exposure to infrastructure, renewable energy, utilities, or PPP projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of debt structuring, risk allocation, and project documentation (e.g., term sheets, loan agreements) preferred. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.

- Build, maintain, and refine complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, capital structure, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and risk analyses to test project assumptions.
- Support valuation and structuring of debt and equity financing.
