Gridlines - Senior Analyst - Project Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Finance Senior Analyst who is passionate about financial modelling and project finance. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the creation, optimisation, and analysis of sophisticated project finance models across infrastructure, renewable energy, and large-scale capital projects. You will be expected to deliver robust, reliable models and insights that support critical client decision-making, while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating closely with consultants and managers.

Key Modelling & Analysis

• Design, build, and maintain complex project finance models to support investment appraisal, debt structuring, equity returns analysis, and project risk assessment.
• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing to ensure model robustness and reliability.
• Support due diligence processes by validating key assumptions, reviewing financial inputs, and ensuring alignment with project documentation.
• Optimise financial structures for projects, considering debt sizing, covenants, cash flows, and risk allocation.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive model documentation, outlining assumptions, methodologies, and outputs.

Advisory & Client Work closely with consultants and managers to provide financial modelling insights for strategic decision-making.

Team & Mentor and support junior analysts in financial modelling best practices and project finance principles.
