▷ Immediate Start! Lead Full Stack Engineer - Java and React

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain software applications using the latest React, Java and Spring Boot technologies in cloud (Azure / OCI)
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
• Create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems
• Perform analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
• Propose sound design / coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
• Contribute to code reviews and automated testing to maintain code quality and improve efficiency
• Provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures
• Own all aspects of product development by following compliance and security best practices
• Review tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure code quality
• Assist in documenting production support processes in the cloud environment and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and delivery in cloud (Azure / OCI)
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure alignment and transparency
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
