Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process and managing HR operations through Keka HRMS. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on experience with HRMS tools to ensure seamless onboarding and employee lifecycle management
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage assessment processes.
Create and maintain job descriptions, candidate pipelines, and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Keka HRMS Management
Maintain and update employee records and HR data in Keka HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave configurations, and employee shift / roster updates.
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and digital file management via Keka.
Support payroll inputs (attendance validation, LOPs, leave data, etc.).
Generate HR reports and analytics using Keka dashboards.
3. HR Operations
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Handle employee queries related to HR related matters.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in Recruitment (preferably retail hiring).
Hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS (mandatory).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of HR operations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
