Job Description : Analyst Relations Associate
Position Overview : We are seeking a high-performing Analyst Relations Associate to join our Analyst Relations (AR) team. This role will support and grow analyst engagement for a specific software product portfolio within HCLSoftware. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enterprise technology, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to shape external perception by driving high-impact analyst interactions. The position also plays a critical role in feeding analyst insights and market intelligence back into product and strategy teams, influencing roadmap and positioning decisions.
Location : Hybrid – India (Preferred locations : Noida,Bangalore)
Experience : 2–5 years (flexible up to 6–7 years)

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key industry analysts and advisory firms, ensuring they are informed and updated on company offerings, product features, and business strategy.
- Analyst Engagement :
- Coordinate and manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and visibility ahead of major research publications and evaluations.
- Research and Insights :
- Review, interpret, and analyze analyst reports to extract insights on market trends, technology evolution, and competitive positioning; share these insights with internal stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.
- Evaluation Participation :
- Drive participation in key analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes—managing questionnaires responses, data collection, and demos in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and leadership teams to align messaging and ensure readiness for analyst engagements.
- Market Intelligence :
- Act as a bridge between external market perspectives and internal teams—bringing in analyst feedback and competitive insights to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 2–5 years of direct experience in Industry Analyst Relations, preferably from a software product background (not services).Industry Understanding : Familiarity with analyst research processes and evaluation methodologies from firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Analytical Mindset : Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources into actionable insights.Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and leadership teams.Work Style : High learning agility, curiosity, and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Skills Required
