L2 Support Engineer - Wintel

Job Title : Wintel L2 Support Engineer

Location : Navi Mumbai

Department : IT Infrastructure / Server Operations

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows server-related incidents and service requests.
• Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user account management.
• Support and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Work with backup tools and ensure scheduled backups are successful.
• Collaborate with L1 support to escalate / resolve complex issues.
• Document resolutions, procedures, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams for hardware / software issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when needed.
