Innovya Technologies - ServiceNow Engineer

Role : Service Now Engineer IRM.

Location : Phoenix-AZ, Utah , NYC, NY : 12+ Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements.
• Implement and maintain core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform upgrades, patches, and releases are executed with minimal disruption.
• Maintain data integrity within ServiceNow through audits and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., monitoring systems, HR, CRM, ERP) as needed.
• Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security, and compliance Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
