Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build a robust pipeline in the first two to three months.
- Individual Target to be met
- New sales to start coming in from the third - fourth month.
- Responsible of New acquisitions of Corporate travel business and MICE business
- Expanding the existing database of targets.
- Suitably represent the brand in the market . Skill and knowledge requirement :
- Deal Maker and a strong sales person with a proven track record in delivering results
- Ability to address key decisions makers and drive sales process from start to end
- In possession of industry knowledge
- Proven Selling skills for integrated corporate travel management solution
- B2C & SAAS selling skills possession
- Knowledge of corporate present in Gurgaon market in specific, existing relationship will be a plus
- Should be an individual Contributor under limited guidance
- Excellent with MS applications - Power point / Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Languages preferred shall be English. Hindi
- / Local language will be an advantage.
- Successful in relationship management - both externally and internally
- Team player, should be able to integrate with the culture and employees internally.
- Grasp and understand the company, processes, and align himself to the same.
- Self starter, Innovative sales person and effective problem solver
- Experienced in handling pressure situation and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Targeting right audience, expanding existing target base, developing new business, sustaining existing business
- A great team player with High level of dynamism, drive and energy.
