ZEE Labs is looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to expand its PCD and franchisee network across vacant territories. The role involves appointing new franchisees, distributors, and stockists, as well as maintaining strong business relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and ensure consistent market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and appoint new PCD distributors, franchisees, and stockists in vacant areas.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with super stockists for pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing franchisees and stockists to ensure business development.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
- Provide necessary product information, marketing materials, and support to franchise partners.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to enhance business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong business ethics.
Qualification :
Graduate / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred)Experience :
