Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Delivery :
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project tracking platforms.
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and process flow diagrams.Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.Participate in solution design discussions to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Technical Understanding & Coordination :
Possess a strong conceptual understanding of APIs, data integrations, and database structures.Collaborate with technical teams to define integration points, data flows, and dependencies between systems.Review technical documentation and assist in validating test cases or acceptance criteria.Ensure system changes are well documented and aligned with organizational standards.Stakeholder & Communication Management :
Act as the central point of contact between business and technology teams.Conduct stakeholder meetings, status updates, and project reviews to ensure alignment.Manage expectations, communicate risks, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership.Process & Quality Management :
Ensure all deliverables adhere to defined quality standards, compliance, and governance frameworks.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process optimizations and automation opportunities.Maintain documentation repositories and ensure version control for all project artifacts.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC processes.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and database concepts.Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and change management.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.Preferred Skills :
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) or SaaS platforms.Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Postman or Swagger.Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools for requirement validation.Certification in Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
