We are now seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts, expand our client base, and deliver sustainable revenue growth in alignment with our strategic business objectives.
Position Overview :
The Sales Manager will drive sales strategy, execution, and customer acquisition across assigned territories. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise software or SaaS sales, exceptional relationship-building skills at the C-suite level, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving ambitious revenue goals.
The incumbent will own the sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and consultative engagement to closurewhile fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
Key Sales Leadership :

Bachelors / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.3 - 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services sales.Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets across multiple product lines or territories.Experience selling Cloud, Call Center, or CRM-based solutions is highly preferred.Demonstrated expertise in consultative and solution-oriented sales methodologies.Strong ability to engage with C-suite and VP-level executives to drive business outcomes.Domain expertise in at least two key industry verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Education, Healthcare, or BPO / ITES.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as required to engage clients and lead regional initiatives.(ref : iimjobs.com)
