The Email Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of all email marketing initiatives for our account.
This role requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, strong strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute B2B & B2C email marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage weekly newsletter production from concept to send, ensuring brand consistency.
- Build, segment, and maintain clean and accurate contact lists.
- Create automated workflows in Klaviyo to support lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand email assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and B2B & B2C communications\proven track record managing B2B & B2C email campaigns with measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo, including automation workflows, segmentation, and analytics.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored for customer audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
