WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale digital growth across our E-commerce marketplaces and D2C website. You will be responsible for driving revenue through paid media, optimizing funnels, managing ROI across channels, and ensuring that every marketing rupee delivers maximum impact. This role demands strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a deep understanding of D2C performance engines.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
Lead performance for the D2C store, including CRO, landing page optimization, conversion funnel management, and merchandising inputs.
Manage advertising performance across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other quick-commerce and marketplace platforms.
Build, scale, and track affiliate programs and partnerships to drive incremental growth.
Create dashboards, track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable weekly insights.
Improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribute directly to revenue acceleration.
Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketplace teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact campaigns.
Monitor platform trends, algorithms, category dynamics, and competition to inform growth strategies.
Ensure seamless tracking using GA4, attribution tools, pixels, and UTM frameworks.
Qualifications :
3-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, D2C mandatory (Food D2C preferred).
Proven ability to scale paid campaigns profitably for a fast-moving D2C brand.
Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and marketplace ads.
Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, measurement, and attribution.
Experience with GA4, analytics tools, and performance dashboards.
Strong analytical decision-making, data fluency, and experimentation mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
