Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Lawrbit Global Compliance Network located in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for implementing and managing the corporate governance / compliance control framework, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate governance and compliance management
• Knowledge of regulatory intelligence and laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional qualification as a Company Secretary
• Experience in the legal or compliance industry is a plus
