Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales professional, located in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The B2B Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, Corporates, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks include cold calling, setting up and attending client meetings, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing client training and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to create customised solutions. Qualifications Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and a strong ability to close deals Experience in Sales Management and Training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus Experience with B2B Sales
