We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Startup Hunting team. This is a critical hunting role responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing high-potential new startup customers. You will be the face of the company to the next generation of businesses, guiding them through a tailored sales process and ensuring they adopt our comprehensive suite of payment products and services to fuel their growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for target startup customers.
- Should be responsible to understand all client requirements & propose a suitable solution using razorpay payments products and services.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by driving maximum conversion rates.
- Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a healthy sales pipeline.
- Deeply understand client needs and propose bespoke payment solutions.
- Negotiate and handle objections with clients currently using competitor solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech / Payments market.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products post-acquisition.
- Effectively use sales tools and share insights with senior management.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Must have 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B setup.Experience working for a high-growth startup or selling into the startup ecosystem.Experience with the fintech industry would be an advantage. Strong communication, oral & written skills.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.Should know how to use sales tools.Should have the ability to present and share insights to the senior management
