We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This
role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge
transfer, and driving consistent performance across centres.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.
- Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.
- Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales / operationscontext).
