🎯 Role Overview

We are inviting freelance trainers / educators who are passionate about workplace safety and legal compliance to join our nationwide mission.

As a Safety & Compliance Educator , you will :

Deliver online / offline awareness & compliance training sessions on the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and workplace safety.
Train employees, HR teams, and management on their legal duties and responsibilities .
Guide organizations on POSH compliance and setting up Internal Complaints Committees (ICC).
Represent our trust in front of corporate and government stakeholders .
Act as a change agent in building safer, more inclusive workplace cultures.

✅ Who Can Apply?

We are looking for trainers, educators, and professionals who have :

Strong communication & facilitation skills .

Passion for awareness, social impact, and compliance education .

Experience in corporate training, HR, legal awareness, or NGO projects (preferred).

Ability to travel for offline training sessions when required.
