Job Title : Assistant Manager - Quality(Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Quality who brings together a strong finance & accounting foundation with process improvement expertise. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure high-quality deliverables across F&A processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization across Finance & Accounting processes.
• Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure sustained improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.
• Conduct training and workshops to build quality and process improvement Educational Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional Background : Strong experience in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Certifications : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
• Skills : Analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process mapping, problem-solving.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
