Job Summary :

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems across the organization. This includes adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, managing internal and external audits, facilitating core quality tools, and ensuring customer and supplier requirements are met. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination and interaction with certification bodies and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Management System Implementation & Maintenance :

  • Implement and sustain IATF 16949 : 2016, ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, and ISO 45001 : 2018.
  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions).
  • Coordinate with top management for approval and implementation of changes to the QMS.

Audit & Compliance :

  • Plan, conduct, and close internal audits for IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Support external audits by certification bodies and customers.
  • Prepare and submit responses to customer audit findings and ensure timely closure of action plans.
  • Perform process, product, layered process, and CQI audits.
  • Core Tools & Customer Requirements :

  • Proficient application of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
  • Familiarity with VDA 6.3, MMOG / LE, and Customer Portals.
  • Understand and implement Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
  • Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQAM).
  • Supplier Quality :

  • Conduct supplier audits and support supplier development activities.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve quality performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Coordinate with CFT (Cross-Functional Teams) for problem-solving, process improvement, and system implementation.
  • Lead and deliver internal training on quality standards, tools, and systems.
  • Liaison & Reporting :

  • Interface with external agencies including certification bodies and consultants.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews and customer communications.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

    Education :

  • Diploma in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Systems
  • OR BE / B.Tech in Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Systems
  • Technical Skills :

  • Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
  • Additional Skills :

  • Excellent training and communication skills

  • Preferred Certifications :

  • Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
  • VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor (preferred)
