As an HR Intern , you’ll play a key role in shaping our growing team — supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and smooth people operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires and interns.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and databases.
- Prepare and manage HR documents — offer letters, internship letters, NDAs, and other forms.
- Coordinate induction sessions, HR events, and engagement initiatives.
- Support HR compliance and payroll data collation when required.
- Contribute ideas to enhance HR processes and culture initiatives.
Requirements -
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.What You’ll Gain -
