Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This internship offers exposure to real-time, day-to-day HR activities within a dynamic tech environment.

Role : HR Intern

Location : Chennai

Duration : 6 months

Stipend : Based on Company Policy

Eligibility : Graduates from 2025 Passed out

Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to consideration for full-time employment, subject to business needs and management review.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding processes such as documentation, orientation, and system setup
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data confidentiality
