Dare Network is expanding our B2B marketing division, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive who understands how complex B2B buying journeys , technical products , and long sales cycles work.

About the Role
You will lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple B2B clients, focusing on organic growth, demand capture, and revenue-driven SEO initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who understands keyword intent , technical SEO , bottom-funnel optimisation , and how SEO aligns with full-funnel B2B marketing .
We are looking for someone who is not just an executor but a thinker, someone who can build strategies, lead conversations with founders / CMOs, and show strong analytical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute end-to-end SEO strategies tailored for B2B businesses.
- Conduct deep industry, competitor, and keyword research aligned to buyer journeys.
- Create SEO roadmaps that tie directly to lead generation, demo bookings, or inbound pipeline growth .
- Develop frameworks for TOFU / MOFU / BOFU content for B2B funnels.
2. Technical SEO
Perform detailed website audits and implement solutions for :Site architectureCrawl optimisationIndexationPage speedSchema markupCore Web VitalsCollaborate with the dev team to ensure SEO-first implementation.3. On-Page & Content Optimisation
Build content strategies for product pages, category pages, blogs, whitepapers, and landing pages.Optimise existing content for intent, EEAT, internal linking, and conversions.Support content teams with SEO briefs, outlines, and content structure.4. Off-Page & Authority Building
Build high-quality, relevant backlinks from DR-based, industry-specific sources.Create digital PR strategies to improve authority in global markets.Identify and collaborate with niche publications, communities, and industry blogs.5. Analytics, Reporting & Measurement
Track and report growth via :Google Analytics / GA4Google Search ConsoleSEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, MozBuild performance dashboards for campaigns, keyword trends, and conversions.Translate SEO insights into actionable revenue-focused recommendations.6. Collaboration & Client Communication
Work closely with performance marketing, content, design, and dev teams.Present SEO strategies and results directly to clients / founders.Lead execution and ownership for multiple accounts.Requirements
3–5 years of experience in SEO with solid exposure to B2B industries (SaaS, Manufacturing, IT / ITES preferred).Proven track record of ranking high-intent B2B keywords and driving inbound pipeline .Strong understanding of global SEO , including the UAE, Australia, the US, and the UK markets.Experience in building SEO strategies for international websites or multi-geo pages.Ability to build SEO case studies , storytelling insights, and ROI-driven reporting.Strong understanding of :Technical SEOOn-page optimisationContent strategyLink buildingAnalytics and CRO fundamentalsExcellent communication skills, must be confident in presenting ideas to leadership and clients.Ability to join within 30 days is preferred.What We Offer
