We’re looking for a data-driven, technically strong, and curious SEO Executive who’s excited
to solve new challenges — from improving rankings to optimizing for emerging platforms
like voice search and LLMs.
Role Overview :
As an SEO Executive at Kapiva, you’ll be responsible for driving organic growth across
search engines, app stores, and emerging answer engines. You’ll manage SEO projects in
collaboration with our agency, lead ASO efforts, and explore innovative opportunities in
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to future-proof our visibility in the evolving digital
landscape.
This is a role for someone who thrives on experimentation, enjoys tackling technical
challenges, and wants to make a measurable impact on brand visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end SEO initiatives — including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO — across Kapiva’s key categories.
- Collaborate with internal teams and our SEO agency to develop and execute the organic growth roadmap.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and ensure site architecture supports search performance.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, semantic search, and E-E-A-T guidelines.
2. App Store Optimization (ASO)
Manage and optimize Kapiva’s Google Play Store and App Store presence.Conduct keyword research, optimize app metadata, and improve conversion through creative testing.Analyze app ranking trends, downloads, and retention metrics to improve app visibility and install efficiency.Collaborate with performance teams to align app campaigns and SEO learnings.3. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) / LLM Visibility
Optimize Kapiva’s web content to perform well on AI-driven answer engines and voice search (e.G., Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).Implement structured data, schema markup, and FAQ-rich snippets for enhanced discoverability.Experiment with content formatting and contextual authority signals to increase Kapiva’s inclusion in AI-driven responses.Track and analyze LLM visibility metrics and build frameworks to measure organic influence beyond traditional SERPs.4. Technical SEO & Analytics
Conduct regular technical audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and site performance.Work with tech teams to implement fixes, improve Core Web Vitals, and manage site migrations if needed.Analyze SEO KPIs — organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, domain authority, and LLM mentions.Create detailed dashboards and monthly reports for leadership review.5. Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the SEO project owner, coordinating between internal stakeholders and the external agency.Evaluate agency recommendations and ensure execution aligns with ROI and growth objectives.Partner with content, tech, and app teams to ensure cohesive organic growth across all surfaces.Key KPIs

2–4 years of experience in SEO, ASO, and / or content growth at a D2C brand or digital agencyStrong technical SEO foundation and understanding of site architecture, schema, and analyticsProven ability to manage agencies, interpret data, and drive executionHands-on expertise with tools : GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, Firebase, etc.Comfort with experimentation, ambiguity, and solving complex growth challengesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have
