  • Target and KPI Assignment

  • Assign clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to team members and ensure performance tracking against goals.
  • Sales Reporting Accuracy

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reflection of all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the reporting system.
