Job descriptionOwning the technology health of the project / account on all key metrics Ensuring projects / accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards and best practices Owning the long term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project / account Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings. Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing. Harnessing your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients. Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases. Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account. Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance.
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS :
- Total experience 14+ years.
- Strong working experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and Solution Design.
- Strong expertise in TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands on experience in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, and CQRS.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and CI / CD pipelines.
- In-depth understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks (IAM, Zero Trust, GDPR, HIPAA, .
- Hands-on experience in defining NFRs, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
