Senior IT Recruiter (Hands-On)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter who is deeply hands-on with IT hiring. This is a pure recruiting position (not lead / managerial), and we are specifically looking for someone who has worked extensively on end-to-end IT recruitment without transitioning into people management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across diverse technologies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand niche IT requirements.
• Focus on direct client recruitment rather than relying on large pre-built databases.
