Job Summary

We are seeking a technically sound and customer-oriented Senior Engineer - Application & Engineering to join our Gurgaon office. The role involves providing technical support to the sales team, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and working closely with clients across various industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the sales team and assist customers in understanding product features and capabilities.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain technical functionalities to potential clients.

Address and resolve technical queries, support in troubleshooting, and ensure seamless product adoption.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive product integration in customer applications.

Coordinate with OEMs, end-users, distributors, and other sales channels for product positioning.

Keep the management informed about market trends, customer feedback, and product promotional activities.

Promote Control Product Division offerings, which include :

Mass flow meters & controllers

Gas flow measurement & control solutions

Temperature controllers

Modulating motors

Pressure switches, limit switches

Photoelectric & proximity sensors

Flame detectors and burner controller assemblies

Desired Profile

Experience : 6-10 years in technical sales, application engineering, or product demonstration roles.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation) or Diploma in Engineering.

Industry Exposure : Experience with clients in Furnace & Oven manufacturing, Machine manufacturing, Automotive, and Heat Treatment sectors.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation and control products.

Effective presentation and communication skills.

Ability to handle client-facing technical discussions and resolve on-ground issues.

Proven experience in product demos, sales support, and customer training.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in cross-functional teams.
