Job description

Looking for a Freelance Oracle CX Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.

You will report into IIT'ans / BITS grads with 10+ years of development experience + work with F500 companies (our customers).

Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions within Oracle CX Sales & Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Write, test, and deploy Groovy scripts for automation, validations, and complex business logic.
  • Configure Application Composer , Page Composer , and Process Composer for UI and workflow customizations.
  • Work on Data Model extensions , Object functions , and Triggers within Oracle CX.
  • Integrate Oracle CX with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, testers, business users) to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Groovy scripts and configurations.
  • Provide production support and ensure adherence to Oracle CX best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CX Sales Cloud and / or Oracle CX Service Cloud .
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting for custom logic, validations, and workflows.
  • Experience in Application Composer , Page Composer , and Sandbox Management .
  • Good understanding of CX data structures , security roles , and object models .
  • Experience with Web Services (REST / SOAP) integrations.

    • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Visual Builder .
  • Experience in migration scripts , data import / export , and custom reporting .
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Oracle CX certifications are a plus.
