Team Description

Our team is looking for a Principal Business Operations & Planning who will report to a leader in our Sabre office. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, including Sabre business units, Sabre Finance and People Team to solve challenges internally and implement goal-oriented strategies.

Role And Responsibilities

• Performs analysis and reporting on Sabre workforce and provides financial oversight
• Drives complex financial analysis functions such as budget, forecast and workforce planning
• Partner with Sabre Finance and People Team on workforce planning and associated financial plans, forecasts, and multiyear outlooks
• Support Global Operations team in total cost of workforce financial analysis
• Develop and automate financial reporting and workforce metrics
• Analyze workforce data for actionable information and communicate to leadership
• Collaborate across multiple functions to develop business cases
• Coordinate and complete special projects
