About the Role

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product thinking and operational execution. You’ll help shape new product ideas, ensure they meet regulatory requirements, and work with multiple teams to bring them to life. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to work closely with product, tech, and business teams.

What you will do

Conduct market research and compliance checks to validate new product ideas.

Draft structured PRDs to align teams and drive product clarity.

Work cross-functionally with business, tech, design, and product to execute fast and iterate often.

Analyze product adoption and ops workflows to identify areas of improvement.

Bring structure to ambiguity and help the team move quickly with focus.

What you will need

0-2 years of product management experience or PM internships in a fast-paced B2C / fintech startups.

Strong communication and documentation skills - you can simplify complex ideas.

A structured problem who’s comfortable with ambiguity.

Interest in product thinking and building zero-to-one solutions.

Collaborative mindset to thrives in cross-functional setup.
