We’re launching our first ever Graduate Programme in India to attract and develop bright new talent for our technical teams. As Graduate Programme Manager, you’ll design, deliver and continuously improve the programme giving graduates a brilliant start to their careers and ensuring Arbor has a strong pipeline of future talent.
This is a hands-on role : you’ll own the full lifecycle of the programme, from building partnerships with universities through to onboarding, training, rotations, pastoral support and transition into permanent roles. If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to scale the programme across Arbor globally.
Key responsibilities :
Programme Design & Delivery
- Design and launch Arbor’s 12-month Graduate Scheme in India, aligned with our culture and business needs
- Develop programme structure including rotations, training modules and assessment milestones
- Source and manage external training providers to deliver specialist content
Talent Attraction & Partnerships
Build relationships with colleges and universities to establish Arbor as an employer of choice in TechnoparkOversee the attraction and selection process each year, including assessment days and candidate experienceGraduate Experience & Line Management
Line manage and provide pastoral care for up to 10 graduates per cohortManage onboarding, induction, and offboarding at the end of the schemeFacilitate smooth integration of graduates into different teams during rotationsStakeholder & Project Management
Partner with technical team leaders to scope placements and manage graduate performance feedbackTrack programme KPIs (retention, performance, satisfaction) and provide regular reporting to leadershipManage budgets and contracts with training providers and other vendorsFuture Growth
Develop a blueprint for expanding Arbor’s early careers programme across other geographiesAct as an ambassador for early careers internally and externallyRequirements
About you :
8+ years experience as part of a HR team with experience line managing a diverse team of peopleProven experience designing and managing graduate, internship or early-career programmes in a fast-growing organisationStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on timeExperience working with universities, training providers and internal business unitsExcellent communication, relationship-building and coaching skillsA passion for supporting and developing young talentExperience working with technical teams and being able to understand their needsFlexibility and resilience to launch something new and iterate quicklyBenefits
