Role Description

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any client issues or concerns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, setting client expectations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves periodic reporting to clients and handling client communication professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Post-Graduation in Business Management is preferred
• Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
