Job descriptionReach out to appropriate channel admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.) Describe how Earnpaste operates, its advantages, and comparisons to competitors Help onboard interested admins to the platform Ensure active usage for at least 7 days Report leads and usage via a shared tracker ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity) 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars) Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors Potential long-term role or leadership position at Earnpaste Strong communication and messaging skills Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms Fluent English — both written and spoken (mandatory) Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-focused Previous outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement experience a plus
