We work with enterprise brands and help them build capability in their growth and marketing teams and solve specific growth challenges.
3. Data Warehousing and Analytics :
We help businesses reduce their time from data to actionable insight by building a data warehouse with data from all business data sources, along with customized dashboards and alerts.
4. Generative AI Consulting
We have been working in the AI space since 2019 when we launched Smacient, a portal to help marketers leverage AI to be more productive and efficient. Today, Smacient has evolved into a solutions provider to help businesses leverage generative AI for business efficiency and growth. While we work on AI implementation at Smacient, we focus on AI consulting and advisory at Tacheon.

You will work very closely with the founder Rohit Uttamchandani, who comes with over a decade of very rich experience in the industry. He will mentor and guide you and help you elevate your career to new heights.
What You'll Do :
This is not a typical account management role - you'll be the strategic partner and extended arm of our partner brands' teams, directly accountable for driving measurable revenue growth while building and leading a high-performing team.
Core Responsibilities
1. Growth Leadership
Drive Revenue Growth :
Own and achieve monthly revenue / growth targets for partner brands
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities across channels, markets, and customer segments
Make data-driven strategic recommendations that directly impact bottom-line results
Be the Strategic Partner :
Act as the extended arm of brand teams - you ARE their growth function
Proactively anticipate needs and opportunities
Translate business goals into executable growth roadmaps
Present strategic insights and recommendations at the executive level
Manage Complex Stakeholder Relationships :
Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships
Navigate multiple stakeholder groups within partner brand organizations
Coordinate 4-6 partner agencies per brand (performance marketing, SEO, social media, creative, etc.)
Ensure seamless execution across all partners and internal teams
2. Team Leadership & Development :
Build Future Leaders :
Mentor and develop 2-4 direct reports
Convert at least one Growth Lead to Senior Growth Lead level annually
Create clear development paths and provide hands-on coaching
Identify high-potential team members and accelerate their growth
Drive Team Performance :
Set clear expectations and hold team accountable for results
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
Address performance issues promptly and constructively
3. Strategic Excellence & Innovation
Develop Winning Strategies :
Create comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each brand's unique context
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
