About the Opportunity

Are you a highly driven and results-oriented IT Recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with cutting-edge technology roles across India? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and IT clients. This is a full-time, domestic-focused position where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various tech roles in major Indian cities.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for diverse IT roles, including Software Developers (various stacks), Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, and more.
• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team needs, and culture fit, ensuring a smooth and collaborative hiring process.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on current talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the Indian IT sector.
• Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate and timely data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
