We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that upskill our internal teams and enable our customers to get maximum value from Scry AI products.
Role Overview
As a Corporate Trainer, you will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training for both internal teams (sales, delivery, support, product) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, and end users). You will transform complex AI and product concepts into simple, practical learning experiences through live sessions, workshops, and structured learning paths. Your work will directly impact adoption, productivity, and customer satisfaction across Scry AI’s product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design and Content Development
- Design training curricula and learning paths for different audiences : new hires, functional teams, customers, and partners
- Create high-quality training materials : decks, product walkthroughs, playbooks, exercises, assessments, and certification content
- Translate complex AI and product features into clear, practical workflows and use-case driven learning modules
Program Delivery and Facilitation
Conduct engaging virtual and (occasionally) in-person training sessions, workshops, and product bootcampsRun onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they understand Scry AI’s products, processes, and value propositionDeliver client and partner training during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing enablement phasesStakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and implementation teams to understand training needs and knowledge gapsAlign training content with product updates, new features, and evolving use casesSupport leadership with training inputs for strategic initiatives, new offerings, and process changesMeasurement and Continuous Improvement
Define success metrics for training programs (attendance, feedback scores, assessment performance, adoption impact)Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously refine content and delivery formatsMaintain training documentation, calendars, and version control for all programs and assetsLearning Culture and Knowledge Management
Promote a learning culture within Scry AI by driving regular knowledge-sharing sessions, brown-bag talks, and internal academiesContribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, best-practice guides, and internal repositoriesSupport the evolution of Scry AI’s academy and certification initiatives for internal and external learnersRequired Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, L&D Specialist, or Enablement Professional in a B2B or tech environmentProven experience designing and delivering training programs (virtual and classroom) for diverse professional audiencesStrong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills with high comfort in presenting to groupsAbility to quickly understand technical / AI-driven products and translate them into simple learning contentExperience with training tools and platforms (LMS, slide tools, video conferencing, quiz / assessment tools)Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with strong documentation and planning skillsExperience in SaaS, AI, analytics, or BFSI / insurance / logistics domains is a plusOur Ideal Candidate
