Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong exposure to the US accounting market . The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from the United States and managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery through our Ahmedabad-based operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounting clients from the US for our service offerings.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams in the US.
- Drive the full sales cycle : lead generation → qualification → proposal creation → negotiation → closure.
- Conduct US market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscapes, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches to US clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM data, forecasts, and weekly activity reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams in Ahmedabad to ensure smooth onboarding and successful service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition with a focus on the US accounts market .Proven track record of closing deals and managing US-based accounting clients.Strong understanding of US business culture, communication style, and time zones.Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for US client interactions.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Experience in IT / ITES, outsourcing, or offshore delivery models is a strong advantage.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.Preferred Qualifications
