About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Signatures Engineer to join our Hunter Class Frigate Project based at  Osborne, SA , reporting to the Signatures Team Lead.

We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and / or hybrid working.

You will be responsible for working within the Hunter Class Frigate Signatures and Operating Environment Team and provide engineering design guidance and modelling support in the management of ship noise and vibration and radar signatures.

You will support the development and maintain mathematical models with the objective to providing ship signature predictions that inform and influence ship design, in order to achieve contractual requirements.
