Job descriptionReview and understand technical specifications of Stakeholder Purchase Requisition. Upload in the Internal Purchase Requisition Tracker. Send RFQ / RFP to the respective vendors and ask for samples if required for quality verification. Negotiate terms and prices with vendor / supplier to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. Coordinate with the internal department HOD for sample quality validation. Validate quotations as per the requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers / vendors for smooth communication and to meet required expectations. Make sure that all the procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Maintain supplier / vendors database up to date. Prepare Price Comparison sheet and submit for approval to the authority signatory. Prepare POR (Purchase Requisition) and send it to JLL Corporate Office to raise a Purchase Order as per company policy & procedures. Upload POR information in the tracker. Email PO Copy to the respective vendors / suppliers along with the stakeholders. Follow up on the delivery status and keep the Storekeeper and Concerned department posted. Resolve problems that arise with goods such as discrepancies, damage, and wrong deliveries. PR (Purchase Requisition) record tracker. POR (Purchase Order Requisition) record tracker. PO (Purchase Order) Copies. Record keeping and Reporting : PO copies digital. Quotation digital.
