Office 365 / SharePoint Online Consultant - SPFx

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office 365 - SharePoint Online (SPFx) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the SharePoint Online and Power Platform ecosystem. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients leverage these tools to enhance collaboration, automate business processes, and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint development, a strong understanding of the Power Platform, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate client needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Development : Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions for SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Power Platform Integration : Create and manage business process automations and applications using the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Configuration and Scripting : Administer and configure SharePoint Online environments using scripting, specifically PowerShell (PnP / SPO), for site management, user permissions, and other administrative tasks.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and debug custom solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
• Version Control & Collaboration : Use Git for version control and collaborate with development teams on code management and deployment.
• Client Communication : Work directly with clients to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and deliver effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Office 365, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform to provide the most effective solutions.

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in SharePoint, with a focus on SharePoint Online and modern development practices.
