Job descriptionProven senior experience designing and implementing Service Portal solutions and custom widgets . Ability to develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in applying UX principles to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces . Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve user experience. Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and HR Case modules . Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field. Certifications : ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow Developer Certification. Continuous Learning : Year-round training sessions are offered as part of skill enhancement, with certifications sponsored by the company on an as-needed basis. Nisum is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with UX Design Experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in architecting and implementing intuitive catalog categories and portal interfaces. We're looking for someone who can apply UX best practices to enhance usability, develop robust ServiceNow solutions, and collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
What You'll Do :
- Architect, outline, and implement catalog categories and portal interfaces , ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Apply UX best practices to improve form design, navigation, and overall usability within ServiceNow.
- Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using update sets and custom code.
- Create and maintain design and configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to build workflows and requested items.
- Resolve support issues and contribute to system stability.
- Develop system integrations and process automation.
- Configure UI elements such as pages, macros, notifications, and dashboards.
- Participate in Agile development processes and team collaboration.
