Job descriptionOversee in-store product display and organization. Handle customer inquiries and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Manage stock levels, inventory updates, and online order processing. Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Design, Visual Arts, or any related field. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Passion for crafts, yarns, or handmade art is a big plus A creative and supportive environment. Hands-on experience in both design and retail operations. Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving handmade brand.
