Color Trim & Graphics Specialist

Job Purpose :

As a CTG Specialist, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into feasible, high-quality Color, Trim, and Graphics (CTG) solutions for all our projects. This role requires close collaboration with designers, engineers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely development and execution of CTG deliverables from the initial concept through production

Function : Product Strategy & Industrial Design

What you’ll do :

• Design Realization : Collaborate with designers to capture their vision and deliver full-scale CTG developments that are both practical and true to the original design intent.
• Project Leadership : Drive CTG development for new projects within NPI timelines, including preparation of CTG build vehicles close to production for senior management reviews and approvals.
• Data & Artwork Management : Manage the release of artwork data to the product development team for DR release and to sourcing for decal development.
• CAS Coordination : Partner with the CAS team to create, review, and approve 3D CTG data, ensuring accuracy.
• Post-SOP Support : Provide ongoing support for decal development and resolve issues following Start of Production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and suppliers on CMF development to meet project quality and timing goals.
• Implementation Support : Prepare and support Decal Master Components for application template creation, collaborate with the MSE team to implement projects using master templates, and deliver application training.
• Innovation & Supplier Partnerships : Develop strong supplier relationships to explore new materials, finishes, and technologies, while staying up to date on global trends in design, sustainability, and process innovation.

What you'll bring :

Experience : 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience with Graphics and applications

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Automotive Transportation Design or Industrial Design with an emphasis on Transportation Design
