We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives and drive strategic hiring across business and technology roles. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, a mentor to the recruitment team, and a key contributor to shaping long-term talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruitment and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across business and technology domains.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify future talent needs and design effective, data-driven hiring strategies.
- Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with external vendors; evaluate new vendors and solutions to enhance hiring capabilities.
- Mentor and manage the recruitment team by setting clear performance goals, KPIs, and tracking progress toward objectives.
- Collaborate across functions to align recruitment initiatives with broader organizational and talent strategies.
- Foster a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
- Manage ambiguity effectively while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Minimum 13+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment.Full-time MBA or equivalent degree in HR or a related discipline.Proven experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies focused on candidate experience, diversity, and efficiency.At least 3 years of managerial experience , preferably in a delivery center or large-scale recruitment setup.Demonstrated success in high-volume technology hiring and stakeholder management.Strong analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment tools and data-driven reporting.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Target-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in dynamic, high-pressure environments.Skills
