Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Jamnagar. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring client needs, handling queries, managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with the sales and production teams to align efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Ledger management
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Communication
• Exceptional Analytical Thinking, Problem-solving, and Decision-Making abilities
• Organizational and Time Management skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
• Proficiency in using accounting and financial software
• Knowledge of brass manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
